But introverts have been conditioned for generations to believe there’s something wrong with them because they…
Prefer solitude (A Friday home alone? Yes, please!)
Aren’t social butterflies (A weekend of endless socializing? Um…do I have to??)
Prefer observing instead of participating (People watching? I could win an Olympic medal in that sport!)
Avoid being the center of attention (Where do I look when everyone is singing “Happy Birthday” to me?!)
Feel comfortable with silence (Yeah…my thoughts are WAY more exciting!)
Because of this misguided conditioning, introverts believe being introverted is bad, leaving them feeling limited and at a disadvantage.
So…many introverts use their introverted nature as an excuse to hide because they genuinely believe there are things they can’t do simply because they’re not extroverted.
Being an introvert comes with so many gifts! It is NOT a weakness!
I want introverts to learn to honor themselves and create practices, strategies, boundaries, etc., that nourish their introverted souls.

I became a Certified Crystal Practitioner in 2022. Part of this program involved studying the chakra system, and I fell in love with it! Understanding how our energy works both within and outside our body is the foundation for our vitality.
While there are undoubtedly common characteristics of the chakra system across all living things, everybody's system is unique. And what's amazing is that our bodies communicate the status of our chakras with us daily. By understanding the signs that indicate imbalances in your energy flow, you can take action to align and heal it.
This is particularly important for introverts because our extrovert-biased society has conditioned us to reject our introverted nature to feel worthy of love, acceptance, success, and abundance.
