What is coaching & how does it work?

Coaching is a partnership between you and me, where I help you unlock your full potential and create the life you truly want. It’s not about giving advice or telling you what to do. It's about asking powerful questions, offering insights, and providing a safe, supportive space for you to explore what’s really going on in your life.

As humans, we often get stuck in patterns of self-sabotage, where we can’t see the bigger picture. We get so caught up in the details of our lives that we don’t realize we’re repeating the same cycles that keep us from moving forward. This is where I come in!

I specialize in helping you break free from those subconscious routines that keep you stuck. Through coaching, I help you step out of those patterns, see things more clearly, and create a path forward that aligns with what you truly want.

Coaching is about YOU doing the work, and I’m here to support, challenge, and cheer you on every step of the way.

Who is coaching for & how do I know if it's right for me?

Coaching is for anyone who’s feeling stuck, ready for change, and looking to create a life that aligns with their true desires. It’s especially helpful for women navigating midlife transitions like job changes, relationship shifts, or rediscovering their purpose after a major life event. If you’re ready to break free from old patterns and step into a new chapter, coaching could be the right fit for you.

If you’ve been feeling restless, uncertain, or just “not quite yourself,” coaching can help you gain clarity and focus. If you’ve tried other methods of self-improvement or support but still feel like something’s missing, coaching could be the key to uncovering what’s holding you back. It’s for women who are ready to take action, reflect on what’s not working, and create real, lasting change.

How long does a "typical" coaching relationship last?

True change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, effort, and consistency. At a minimum, I recommend working together for 3 months to start seeing meaningful shifts. However, to truly transform your life, most of my clients spend an average of 6 months with me.

That being said, every person is unique. We'll discuss your needs and goals to determine the best coaching timeline for you. The focus is on lasting change, and we'll find the pace that aligns with your vision and readiness to make that shift.

What makes working with Vicky Regina different?

What sets me apart is that I’ve been in the messy middle of midlife myself. I’ve walked through job loss, ended an 8-year relationship, and faced the same life transitions that often leave us feeling lost or uncertain about what’s next. I get it... not just on an intellectual level, but from lived experience.

In our work together, you’ll get more than just advice, I'll teach you how to listen to and trust yourself. I’ll offer understanding, empathy, and strategies that honor who you are, where you are, and where you want to go.

Is coaching the same thing as therapy?

Coaching and therapy definitely complement each other, but they’re not the same thing. Therapy focuses on healing from the past, working through emotional wounds, and addressing mental health concerns. It's about understanding and processing your history.

Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. We work together to help you gain clarity, break free from limiting patterns, and take actionable steps toward the life you desire. While therapy dives into past trauma or unresolved issues, coaching is about empowering you to move forward, create new possibilities, and build a life that feels aligned with who you are now.

Both are valuable, but coaching is more about where you want to go and how to get there.

Ok, I'm ready! What can I expect after booking my call?

Once you book your call, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. On the call itself, we’ll talk about where you are in life right now, what’s not working, and what you want to achieve. I’ll listen carefully, ask insightful questions, and help you get clear on your next steps. This is a no-pressure, no-commitment conversation to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

What if I’m not sure if I’m ready to invest in coaching?

I get it! It can feel like a big step! If you’re uncertain, that’s completely okay. The Midlife Redefined Call is an opportunity to get a feel for what coaching with me is like, ask any questions, and see if it’s the right time for you.
